Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Templates & Courses)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once the product is accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

2. Custom Services

• Deposits for custom design or development work are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on work completed.

 

3. Retainership Services

• Refunds are not provided for ongoing retainership services. Clients may cancel future payments by notifying us in advance.

 

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting Wix Ideas for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and block further access to our services.
